I bought a queen size bed at the store the bed has a 5 year warranty, with the purchase I bought mastergaurd (a spray that they spray on the furniture to guard against liquids) the masterguard was never done. after a few months I realized that the bed was faulty and I asked to get it replaced, but before this I continually asked about the spraying of the Masterguard and always got the same answer, they would get back to me. I gave the store all the details of the bed, the size the make the whole 9. The Manager said it would take 2 weeks at most to replace the bed. After a month no one got back to me, so I went back to the store and asked yet again to please replace the bed and I had to give them all the details from the start as if nothing was ever reported. The Manager assured me that the bed would be replaced as soon as possible. Another month went by and yet again I asked about the bed and again no one knew about the bed, the make of the bed or any detail whatsoever. Is this the value of customer service you strive for?
