Shocking after sales, I dont care attitude manage

I am amazed that in todays economy where business is tight that any store could operate with an i dont give a attitude. I purchased a bed on account from russels 3 months back, they charged me close to R500 for delivery and R400 odd for masterguard, the day they delivered the bed it rocks up hanging half off the end of a small bakkie which seems to be one of the Staffs vehicles so one 1st has to ask is this some being run where the manager or someone else is pocketing off the super high delivery fees considering I stay 1.5km away from the store, then I discover the masterguard was not done, they did it in my house, so lets inconvenience the customer more. Well after it eventually dried i found out it does not do anything, it wont prevent any stains or water, I have been back to the store in question 6 times over the last 3 months. Not 1 person ever calls me back, they offer empty promises, The last time I was there the Manager of the store was lazing around on the furniture in the showroom and could not even be bothered to stand up to talk to me. I am sick and tired and will never support russels again. I will also suggest to all my customers to not support this store.
