Scary or sickening?

We bought couches from them about 1 and half year back. - (R18000 not cheap to me) did scot/masterguard. now the one seat of couch is so flat to the rest maybe from all the sit, but why only one? i phoned them to find out about any guarantee/warantee, to find out one year only, so basicaly they make poor quality furniture at expenive price to make you believe it will last, but to your surprise its just made to last one year then you must buy a new set from them, wow R18000 every year for couches? she asked me if i have a slip which i dont, but really dont they have records of people buying there and after doing masterguard aswell, on day of purchase they took my husbands details on cash deal? where is this info. the one clamp to incline couch broke i went there to buy. no sory no stock, maybe by end dec, huh? and this to find out they changing names to comfy, makes me wonder why?
