Worst customer service ever!!!

So im still waiting for EDCON to respond wo my query that has taken well over a month now! WOW!!! iv never experienced such NON customer service ever... the gave a ref: 1101130190/GO on the 17th of January, 2 weeks ago. still no one has bothered to contact me regarding the query or even resovle it!!! no one @ the stupid call center is able to help, all they want to do is pass the buck! the next step we will have to take is to contact the Insurance ombadsmen...
