Truworths
I am fearful to go into a truworths again

Today at around 4.30pm I went to truworths as I would every other week this time though I went to see the range of make up and perfumes just as I walked in to the makeup section pass a shelf a perfume box fell Kaleifelo came running from the other side screaming at me saying I dropped it I told her the shelves are packed past their boundary line and that even though the shelf is not packed properly she must open the box that fell and check if its broken if it is I will pay for it as she clearly saw it as my fault she say no nothings broken but I insisted that she open it she then continued to scream at me like I am a kid so veronica comes I say pls open the box cause I could clearly see it was not broken she also refused then I asked kaleifelo what her name is she says she doesn't have one and then veronica says she doesn't work at truworths there was another lady that worked for truworths standing there so I asked her for their names and she gave me after that I was to scared to even go see anything I just went away. the lady says kaleifelo also works there.

I am a customer treat me with some dignity and respect. I felt like I was a kid who was being scolded at.
