Pick 'n Pay
Food breaks teeth

Shops, Products, Services

I usually do not shop at Pick n Pay as I find their shops to be dark and dismal, not to mention that their staff are rude and obnoxious.
On Monday 4th November, against my better judgement, I went into Pick n Pay in Gallo Manor. Purely as it was conveniently close to the client I was at and I know they have a Kosher section and I would be able to purchase a Jewish memorial candle I needed for the anniversary of the death of my brother.
Whilst in the shop I decided to get something to eat. I purchased a cornish pasty pie.
Back at my office I started to eat the pie. On about the 3rd bite I felt a crunch.
I had bitten into something hard, the result is that I have a broken front tooth.
I tried to call the branch on the number printed on the till slip to let them know what had happened and find out what they are going to do about it. The phone just rang. 2 days later it still just rings.
I logged onto the Pick n Pay website and posted a message about this matter under their Contact Us link.
I received an automated e-mail response saying that "Management will contact me shortly".

Still nothing from them.
