Ad service and a don't care attatude

My phone was in pick and pay. When I noticed that the phone was gone I askd the security to help me find the. He just sruged and told me its not his job to catch. I then asked the managment to help they were usless even the staff just sruged and caried on talking to each other. They don't even have security cameras in the shop. They are usless and unfriendly and unhelpfull. The worst place to shop. They need to go and learn the consept of client sevice. Head office is clearly not training staff or looking after there customers. I will never shop at pick and pay and will tell everbody to avoid the reds pick and pay.
