REPAIRS NOT DONE

We bought a 32 inch Sony and hifi of sansui in 2010 at jabulani mall they both not working we took the hifi last year in may they told us it had only 1 year guarantee and we bought it in aug so we were still paying it that time and they told us the tv was on warranty and guarantee even extended guarantee so the tv also was also not showing the screen, took it on the 22 feb until now we don't have a tv and hifi is not working so we just paid around R18000 for nothing cause they can't fix tv been telling is all sorts of stories Now they told us they can give us a high sense the cheapest tv which they even don't have in stick. we bought under Rapelangs name RD Masike
