I bought a a latest SONY hifi (home theatre)

Last year I bought Sony hifi (uMgongo). After a while the speakers started to sound funny as if they were loose inside or torn, this made me to worry a lot but I just consoled myself by saying is the type of music that I'm playing. I changed the CD and raised the volume again but the problem existed again. Upon being worried I went to the shop to inform them about the situation but the mananger was unavailable, on the third time I found him but his was full of attittude and he sent one of the sales person to check it, the sales person gave the mananger a feedback saying the place I'm leaving in it is too small; so is just some of the house structure that is making noise. After he never came back to me with a feedback. After a mounth I went back to the shop and the mananger told me the same as he was told by the sales person and in addition he said he has been selling Sony hifi's no one had ever complained and he started to have an attittude with me. I then decided to report it to Ellerines call center last year December they kept promising that they will call me until today I'm the one who always call them for a feedback but nothing and I'm still paying it including the insurance.
