Not complying with request

Seems this is the only way to communicate with [URL Removed] After previous complaint of non-delivery my money was refunded as they could not even deliver the product. I asked in writing that my account be closed as they indicated i would not be able to do so from my side. I received written confirmation that this was done. Yet i'm still receiving the newsletter. Tried unsubscribing but the link on email received is useless. Then contacted call centre via mail, only to get toold log on and unsibscribe. Surprise surprise! The account which as per the written confimation received, is closed, is NOT CLOSED. SERIOSULY, do you really want to go that route and force me to get legal action against you for false information? You have my e-mail adress respond in writing by noon tomorrow.
