Paid but not getting my orde

I've received an invoice for my order on the 17th of October 2013 & paid the full amount on the 18th.

After waiting & waiting & countless unanswered emails I phoned them. Their phones seem to always be turned off. When I do get through i get assured it will be sent.

Today I've sent someone to pick up my order but the store is closed after I made arrangements, tried to call but phones off as usual.

I'm at a point now where I want to cry, I don't know what to do anymore.
