Late delivery

I ordered a tablet online from the city store online on Monday 15.7.13 today they tell they included two phones with my order and I'm required to pay 22% deposit till the phones can be returned or they will cancel my order and I will receive my order in 10 to 14 days what type of service is that when I have paid a full amount and delivery they are not even trying to send me my order then get back their stuff from the company who is doing delivery. I guess I won't be recomending their stuff!
