This Jet Branch is bringing the good name down

I pass through Fourways every second day and I always try to get a chance to buy something there but there is always a long que. There's hardly space to look around because of the que. At one point I tried to speak to the Manageress there but she lashed out saying they are short staffed what should she do? Normally there's 2 / maybe 3 till operators working. In a busy Mall like Fourways... that is pathetic
