We reshuffled our offices in August. On the 29th of August I requested for my extensions to be moved as we had moved some desks and ordered 2 cordless phones that would be compatible with our Telkom opticon
On the 18th of September an order came through from Petro Maree after many communications with her explaining what I needed. She said that it took so long as Telkom is under staffed. I signed the order and sent it back.
Every Thursday since I phone Telkom on 0800 530 000 and get told that the technicians are on their way and there is a back-lock. On the 17th of October I phoned again now to be told that the order is now cancelled as the cordless phones are no longer in stock and that Petro must put a new order in. When I spoke to her she informed me that no-one informed her that there was no stock of said phoned.
It is now the 23rd of October and after signing an order that took 15 working days to generate and then still be waiting for another 25 working days I still don't have a phone at my desk.
