Bad Customer Service

I've spent all morning trying to track down a washing machine advertisied and on special but it's 1.30pm and still I have result. I've called the main customer care numbers varies stores, been left on hold for 15 minutes at a time etc. I feel like screaming but at who? The gentlemen who is in charge of the appliance department at the Wynberg branch who just told me "No they don't have stock try another store" and he doesn't have any other store numbersline. Totally disgusted in the stores staff.
