Today was the 4th time, since the opening of the Queenstown store, that I walked out without being assisted. I wanted to buy some twin-tub washing machines that are on special.
Each time I have gone to the same department there is nobody present to assist you. I went to the enquiries counter, where the staff were so busy on the phone that they cannot help you. I asked one of the other staff members walking by if I could see the washing machines that were advertised. She got somebody elses attention and he showed me in the advertisement what the machine looks like. I once again asked to see the machine. He said he needed to find somebody who works in that department. I cannot spend my whole morning in Game store, therefore I left.

The special is on until Tuesday and will therefore buy the machines I require at another Game store and then shop around for another supplier.
