Sorry for bothering ur "busy" staff!

After seeing a great special on at your stores currently running (on a Samsung top Loader washing machine & Defy 20lt Microwave) I decided to pop down to my nearest branch at Menlyn Retail Park. After driving around & finally spotting it I gathered up my 2 kids & walked towards the main entrance - time then 12:42 as I checked my phone. I was met by the door by a white gentleman who opened the door a crack to stick his head out. Confused I asked if they were closed "Yes" he stated with a grim attitude - There were still customers inside. In need of a new microwave & washing machine I enquired about the special. "No we out of stock" is the reply - any idea when stock will be available - "No". Is there anyway u could perhaps query if other branches have stock - "No they won't" replied Mr "Friendly". Honestly, so sorry for even bothering you!!! I wish I got ur name - or if u had a darn name badge - such a cray attitude! 1 person can leave such a bad taste in ur mouth about a store. All I wanted to know is of stock at other branches - just a little bit of help for a definite sale - now I don't even want to bother - what time do u close on a Sunday anyway? Arrrgh, just spoiled my day!
