No stock thats on special

You have Tresemme Keratin Smooth on special for almost 2 months (for Sep/Oct is was on special for R49.99) and till 17 Nov on special for R44.95) and there's never stock in your branches. I've been @ Bellville & Zevenwacht Mall branches everyday for 3 weeks and are unable to find any stock on your shelves. I've asked staff members of the various stores and all they do is tell me that you're out of stock. I spoke to Zaakirah (Customer Care Line) today 29/11/2013 @ 02:25, and according to her you're not even able to get me stock and send it to either one of the above mentioned stores. I am a very loyal customer who buy my toiletries, medication and other necessities at your stores on a weekly basis and this is the service I get rewarded with. I am very disgusted by this treatment. I need some urgent feedback and I feel that is the least you can do!!!
