Why i have to pay the high interest

I went on to the home page of homechoice and i picked up that the amount of terms to pay was not what i selected. i then once again went and send a email from there contact us page and no one has contacted me since. what i dont unerstand is that if a client asks to be called they never return our calls, then come when they want you to pay they can keep calling you and asking when, why and how you making payment why not pay attention on the clients questions and stop calling asking those ridiculous questions. i did clearly not select 16 terms i selected 6 months and all i want is the correct interest to be charged.
