Leaves a bad taste

We purchased amongst others, a box of 40 x 36g Simba Mexican Chilli chips.
We still had a few packets left from the previous box, so when we tasted the new box, we could immediately taste the difference.
The new box was not flavoured correctly at all.

I contacted Simba via their website and and logged a complaint...
I was contacted via telephone and questioned... only to eventually have to call them back and inquire on the status of my complaint.
I was told that no fault was logged even though I received a reference number.

I was then given a new reference number and my address details were taken... this was more than a month ago.
I was called about two weeks back to confirm my address again, but not sure why.

I have just tried another one of these packets in the hope that perhaps it was my imagination, or everyone else in the office for that matter, but the taste is horrible.

We tested in the office by blindfolding individuals and have them taste from the packets.. and then telling us if they are from the new box, or the left-over box.

This is extremely poor from Simba, and the whole experience leaves a bad taste in our mouths.
