5 DAYS LATER! STILL NO REPLY

I wrote a report 5 days ago complaining about my account still not being closed. I have been waiting for the settlement letter to be emailed and the account to be closed.

UP UNTIL TODAY; I only got an "AUTOMATED" response here on Hello Peter lying that they tried phoning me while they know they didn't.

I'm so sad and I am going to take this matter even further. I paid the account but they claim I still owe them.

They can't even EMAIL the settlement letter.!
