Ordered a special edition pre-orde

We ordered a special edition pre-order copy of Call of Duty: Ghosts a few weeks before the release date in order to receive the content available only to pre-order clients. Upon collection it was discovered we were supplied with the normal edition. When we contacted the shop we were informed that because the unit that was supplied was opened they were unable to exchange it for the correct unit. The copy received was incorrectly supplied by the shop yet they refuse to correct the issue.
