In a period of 5 years I have purchased 3 campmaster gazebos 3x3, the last 1 purchased last October, on the first use of the last gazebo 1 off the beams broke of the structure, I overlooked & repaired it myself, eventually during use for about 6 times the condition of it deteriorated badly, then on the last use at the dam, weather conditions being a little windy, & thus the entire gazebo structure was a scramble. I have logged a complaint at campmaster customer service, ref 40319 spoken to 2 of the ladies there 1 being roxane van wyk & have no joy out of this complaint. they had told me that it cannot stand windy conditions, "yoh not like we had a hurricane! " this is the last I will support campmaster products.
