Unhappy with the shop procedure

I came to the shop to buy the washing machine to my surprise the consultant that was helping me in the shop told me that Game store doesn't keep any stock at the shop, you purchase then they will inform the driver to collect it for you at the Germiston storeroom where Game keeps all there stock then you will have to pay the delivery fee of R230 funny enough is that three months back I bought a 43'' television from the same shop they gave it to me on the spot. My residential is 5 km away from the shop. HOW DO YOU RUN A BUSINESS WITHOUT KEEPING THE STOCK AT THE SHOP?

I feel like I have been robbed by the shop in terms of paying the delivery fee wheels the item is available at the shop just o trick me not to use my own transport and pay the fee of R230.00 FOR DELIVERY.
I could be wrong maybe that's how Game run their Business I stand to be corrected too.
