On the 18 October 2013 03:40 PM, I sent an email to [Email Removed] regarding account number 7006600100121364998

Please advise why my amount due for end of October was greater than my previous month's amount due

Statement closing balance for September was R2867.42 my amount due was R567.17
October's closing balance is R2498.91 and the amount due is R 608.30

Also remove the Cellphone insurance premiums as I cancelled that already last year
