The Mattress King
Terrible Service

On 27 January 2013, I purchased a
table set from The Mattress King
CC in Interstite Road. The
salesman, Chris was too busy
discussing soccer with his friends to
assist me. After paying for the
item. I awaited delivery. I phoned
in and was told it wasn't dispatched
as yet but the driver will phone
me. This never happened and the
goods were incorrectly delivered to
my neighbour and not even
assembled as paid for. When I
phone in again to query as to why
my goods were not delivered, the
manager, Eugene said it was and
that I must go to the police to get
my table set. This is utterly
unacceptable as all my correct
details and address were supplied
as well as contact numbers and full
payment was made. This company
is absolute nonsense and shouldn't
be in business for they have no
sense of customer service.
