Bed King really delivers service :)

I bought a bed from bed king and unfortunately it was not to my satisfaction. I spoke to Sam at Bed King Brooklyn and she expressed her disappointment and said that the issue will be resolved, and she will not quit until we were happy.

The company who supplies the mattresses to Bed King were just as great. They contacted me and said that they would remove the mattress and replace it with a mattress we would be happy with. Dmitri and his team were great, the matter was resolved in one week.

But besides the aftercare service, the service before I received the bed was excellent. Sam had an excellent understanding for her products and listened to my needs. The team that delivered to my address were exceptionally helpful and friendly and to my surprise did not enter my house without my permission (I ended up chatting to a neighbour and thought they had gone in to put the bed in).

Thank you to Sam, Tracey, Dmitri and his team. We are very happy with our Bed. And I will forever remember Bed King and pass on the good word to any friends in need of Beds.
