Terrible Service at Mattress King in Durban

Hi

If you are thinking of getting a bed this festive season... Never, ever think along Mattress king.

They are Kings of. They make empty promises and they do not keep them. They will rob you of your money and forget about you with no service delivery whatsoever. You must then beg them for their business.

We we served by an Indian gentleman, named Eugene on the 03/10/2013 at Pavilion Shopping centre In Durban, South Africa. Received full payment on the same day and promised to deliver the goods within 7 working days. Ha..ha... you do not know this Indian gentleman. You must ask from me.

Started playing hide and seek games. He is either off sick or he is day off or no one can account for his whereabouts.

Several attempts to get hold of him or manager were made, and all in vain.

All we need is reversal of the transaction but they are refusing,

So to avoid any hassle or headaches this festive season please avoid doing business with Mattress King, otherwise you will find yourself in the same shoes like myself.
