Experienced the worst service, first time client

I did an application to purchase a lounge suite on credit and the sales person said i will be contacted in 48 hour and that they will then confirm my employment and till now nobody phoned my company to do so, when i phoned head office i spoke to a few rude ladies telling me they will get to me when they have time! excuse me but IM A CLIENT and if my time and money is not good enough then i will take it elsewhere!!!

That lady Meldrid should not be allowed to speak to clients as she has no telephone ethics at all.

i just want to know if im approved or not and when delivery will take place,

Let me know or i will go to House & Home
