Spent all morning phoning the branch trying to speak to Ian the sales manager as we wanted to purchase the lounge suite that we saw there the day before. Ian was either busy or they would drop the line. We were told that we would have to be here in half an hour if we wanted to purchase the lounge suite. Which we did. We paid for it and then was told they would wrap it and get it to the back where they would put it in our truck. We decided while they wrapping we would go get groceries. When we returned the lounge suite was still on the floor and was not wrapped. I asked to speak to the lady who helped us but waited 10 minutes for no one! I then walked into the sales managers office and complained. The sales manager and the lady that helped us as well as other staff members were sitting around chatting. I complained and they got up to get the people to start wrapping. After the lounge suite was wrapped and put at the back we went to open the truck for them but then had to wait a further 6 min. My husband then started packing the truck himself. When somebody came to help he was on his phone while attempting to carry the lounge suite. I'm disgusted at the service we received.
