We recently returned our ADSL router that we bought earlier this year to a different outlet of incredible connection than we bought the unit from. We were directed to the technical services counter where Byron (I think his surname is Prinsloo) assisted us. Friendly, but to the point and efficient. We were out in no time while they would test and the unit for either repair or warranty. Over the next couple of days Byron contacted us at least twice a day to feedback on the progress until he arranged for the unit to be replaced, as they encountered the same problems during assessment.
