I would like to complain regarding HP's service, and hopefully HP can solve this issue. I bought a HP 7500A Printer the 3rd of November 2011 at Incredible Connection, and also registered the product with HP on the 3rd of November 2011. Recently my printer was not printing anymore, therefore I took it in to Incredible Connection to get it fixed on the 1st of April 2013. I provided my slip and prove of registration with HP. I had a few phone calls from HP's with regards to the fixing, advising they are still busy. On the 17th of April 2013, I Received an email: "Please find attached registration confirmation for job 1448065, the unit was registered for the 3 year warranty. It was purchased on the 03/11/11."After that there was numerous emails between her and Ensure, that they did not receive the Product registration document. Then Siphokazi requested me to provide the product registration document again on the 19th of April 2013.I asked my sister to email her the document. On the 25th of April 2013 Siphokazi contacted me, to advise that according to them the Printer is no longer on warranty. However with the Incredible Connection it was indicated as 3 YEAR WARRANTY!
