THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

I have been dealing with 4 different customer service reps in the past 4 weeks. All 4 of them has dropped the call on me when I was being very polite as the person I am and work in a call center as well. I have asked all of them to email me a statement with the exact amount of my account balance as I just want to get them paid and not deal with them any longer. The first person i spoke to i told that I am closing my account and i will pay my full balance. He has not made any notes. The 2nd and 3rd were very rude and i asked them to send me an email. The last person was today 4 June 2012 at about 14:00 who asked me when I'm going to pay them the balance of 200 something and i told her that I'm waiting on the email. This little madam literally started raising her voice at me asking me why i need a statement when i know the amount i need to pay. Then i told her that i need the banking details and some proof of the amount as i don't believe that I'm liable to pay anymore interest as i advised them that I'm closing the account. Then the best part is, She hung up on me as well!!! Home Choice has the worst customer service i have dealt with ever!!!
