SPAR PARKRANDS - ROTTEN MEAT AND HORRIBLE SERVICE

I bought meat yesterday @ Spar Parkrands 17/12/2012, got home opened it and found that it was SMELLING and the sell by date was 3/Jan/2013. I went back on the same day between 7pm and 8pm. When i got there i asked for the manager because i wanted to tell him that his team is packing rotten meat. There was a white lady who was very helpfull assisting in trying to find the manager, she also smelt the meat and she was very surprised. A few minutes later a guy that was standing by the vegetable side with his arms folded decided to come, and i asked if he was a manager and he said yes, i was surprised because that guy was just standing looking at me while he saw very well that i was looking for him. He tells me that the meat is not theirs and then he also said the meat was not rotten. The guy is a total and i confirmed that by going back to the store and talking to some employees.

I called Spar customer care an also sent an email, im still waiting for an update even today (1 month& a week later)
