Hi-Fi-Corporation broke my Aircon

I took the aircon to Hi-Fi Corp in Rustenburg to send in for repairs on 5th October 2013.Le-Mari Coetzer booked it in after looking at the machine and her comments noted that the aircon was in good condition with just a few fingerprints and some dust.
On the 28th October I received a call to collect. I went in to Hi-Fi Corp to pick it up and asked them to test it whilst there. The lady put it on and when I went to adjust the vent flaps, I then noticed that 1 of the flaps was broken. I queried this with the lady and she advised that she needs to get Le-Mari Coetzer to contact me. I waited until Thursday (30/10) however I never received a call so I decided to go to Hi-Fi Corp to find out what was happening. I met Le-Mari there who said that she never looked at the flap when she checked the aircon in thereby insinuating that I actually broke the flap which I find totally disgusting from a service point of view. She then went on to say that she will not refund me but replace the machine and was insistent that she will only replace the machine with demo model and said that she refuses to open a brand new box to give me another aircon. I find that this attitude and approach disgracefull
