Ceased in 3 Days of Aircon being Installed

Aircon installed last Thursday 24-01-2013 and ceased on Sunday 27-01-2013.. My husband ph.&logged the complaint with Akbar & reported it through the week. To no avail did any customer service was rendered. Finally, today Friday, 01-02-2013 I called the store and reported the complaint to Howard the Manager & the installation team was sent out & we were then told the aircon machine is the problem. Elvis the installer then phoned Akbar on his cell & got me to speak to Akbar & claims that aircon can be looked at on Monday04-02-2013. Where is the customer service of such retail bus. institution? Paid cash and if no deposit no installation is done.
