Aircon, generator and equipment out of orde

Since I joined the gym in Witbank the aircon has not worked for longer than a couple of days. It is very uncomfortable to use the gym especially in the summer months. The staff always have a excuse or they just say that the aircon is on. The generator has been removed all together, and living in Witbank we have a lot of power outages. The 90 degree leg press machine is always broken and so is the hamstring curl machine, and they are never even removed from the floor they just stand there and sometimes they don't even have an out of order sign.
