Pick 'n Pay
She needs Training

I went to Pick 'n Pay in Evaton, Berverly Mall the queues where terrible but we got to the Kiosk which the queues were much better as we came to pay DSTV and get a few items but the lady at the till as we greeted her she ignored us and continued with her friend having a conversation as we were putting our items on the till she ignored us and served another guy this guy was approached by customers asking why he doesn't go to the back of the line, he told us he is an employee of a shop next to pick 'n pay and they don't stand in a line, Nthabiseng ignored us finally we paid she left us at the till to attend to her friend than came back no sorry no nothing, very rude behavior indeed. I am irritated as to why are such people still employed to serve customers if they so rude.
