I wrote on here on lastMonday about a ring I purchased at American Swiss at the Pavillion in Duban and I was pleasantly surprised when Ms Vanessa da Rocha responded promptly with a standard message that I have now read on many reports complaining about the shabby quality of American Swiss jewellery which is alarming as well. hence I expected feedback within a day or 2 about what is going to happen about my ring but sadly I have hear nothing from them. I even filled in the online enquiry form on Monday and followed up yesterday with a phone call and I was informed that they had not seen my query and will email me shortly but alas nothing. I am not complaining for the sake of complaining but I feel naked without my wedding band because its not just a piece of jewellery it a symbol of love and commitment and I need to know when I am going to have it on my finger again. A simple response from American Swiss to let me know what is going on with my enquiry would be nice instead of total silence. We pay for good quality service but it seems that service providers do not care about how they are treating their customers as long as we pay them. Can I please have feedback of some sort...
