Absolutely pathetic service from staff

I went to Checkers in Sandown Parklands to do some shopping, it has really been a bad service weekend. I was doing some small groceries and proceeded to the tellers to pay. When unloading my goods, I realised that I had forgotten washing powder and I had quite a lot of items on my cart so I asked the teller to please ring up my items so long and i will run to fetch the washing powder. I run there and back in less than 10 seconds and when I get back I find my goods placed carelessly on the side and another person's items being rung, she just tells me that I didn't ask for her to ring the items and there was another customer, i was really shocked and she and the packers showed absolutely no care. I proceeded to the manager and waited for him for a bit and when he arrived i told him my story and he was genuinely apologetic. I then told him that i have to stand in another queue and he said it was fine i could go in front. I went to try and collect my goods to pay only to find them gone and at that point i just left the store, I have never experienced such bad service from Checkers. It was a first time but I do not see myself going there again, may as well stick with Woolies, best servi
