Getting a little tired of this delivery issue

I am going to try to not cuss as I want to seem decent but it's hard. Since December I've had trouble getting delivery on products from Zando. I've even had to cancel an order since it took so long. I understand Decemberwas a tricky month but still, it's January! I even had to cancel a item that was on special that I wanted to buy for a friend that was leaving SA. I'm appalled by the fact that customer service blames the warehouse and promise to call me back to explain why it's taking so long and never does. Yes I'm a sucker and tried them again. Guess what problem with delivery again. I mean really? Advertise everywhere but the service is this bad. False advertising not so? To top it all ive even had a customer service consultant tell me I sent an item back which I never received in the first place. I've opted to take the cash on delivery option simply because u can order and pay and get informed the item is not in stock. Ridiculous! I want some answers. It's not unfair or unreasonable surely. It's such a disappointment and I've tried to give them numerous times to prove me wrong. Can someone explain!
