The treatment that I am getting is not fair honestly just so to say yes I might have not paid the account as per the agreement but I did make you guys aware of that and as soon as I was able to pay i called and requested that the debit order be reinstated and still requested that I be debited an extra R100 for the arrears and the account was debited then till last month when you decided not to debit the account and why it was not debited I wouldn't know and it's unfortunate that this month I was able to pick up that the account was never debited last month and this resulted in a double debit and because you are I only get one sms confirming the debit order for one amount instead of 2 and had to go to the bank to find out why really don't need this you know you frustrate the out of me instead of me having to deal with my father's funeral arrangements I was suppose to run up and down to the bank really this is not on if this is the kind of treatment that you give to your customers really I can't wait to pay you off and never set foot at your store and for that matter I had to reverse the debit order and not
