Bad Service, Staff not Knowledgable

First I call in inquiring about the specific printing of an image. Steven advises me to send an email of which I do, he states that my prints should be ready later the day. I arrive at Q-Photo 4 hours later and get there to print outs not being available, I then receive a slip advising me that I should collect my prints an hour later.
I arrive at Q-Photo an hour later and "to my surprise" my print-outs are still not ready and I am advised to return within the next 30 minutes. I then return 30 minutes after and my print is completely wrong I am then advised that the problem is being looked into of which I leave the store and cool myself off by going to shops around, I eventually return and to my surprise the print out is done and surprisingly correct this time.

This took me a solid four hours! Which sucked considering how prompt I needed the print and considering the fact that I called in the morning and I was assured that my print would be ready.
