Bad Service and No reply!

I was sceptical, to buy a daddy's deal, but I went ahead anyways.

Trying to contact Non stop was near impossible. Eventually after a number of attempts at contacting them I got through and was able to send through and confirm they had received our pictures for print.
I was assured they would not crop the pictures and told they would come out perfectly.
To my surprise when they arrived I was not very happy and not reply when i contacted daddy'd deals about it.

Problems were as follows:

? Prints were too small for wooden frame.
? They covered up the showing wood with duct tape.
? Wooden frames are put together with a staple gun and are flimsy and loose.
? One canvas is creased.
? Frames are not square.
? There is a stain on one of the canvases.
? The print quality is terrible and colours are faded.
? All of my prints are cropped terribly cutting off vital parts of the picture.
? One of the pictures has a hole in it.
? None of the pictures are "ready to hang" there are no mountings
