WHAT A HORRIBLE SERVICE!

I am a Professional Photographer and I print with Q - Photo. I submitted my orders to print about a week ago and on Tuesday last week, I received an e-mail to say my Albums are ready. Ever since Tuesday, I have been requesting for a mere Invoice on Courier so that I can make payment and send the proof of payment. I called, and everytime I get hung up. For the 4 years I have been with QPhoto I get irritated and really want to ask what this is all about? I am so utterly disgraced and appauled by the fact that Q Photo could not keep to their word. My Clients are waiting and I am a to them for I have not been honest about this!
