Account paid in full and cannot get confirmation

I am appalled by this disgusting customer service i have received. I have paid my account in full and have asked that the account be closed and confirmation sent to me. I get no response and no assistance and all i get told when I phone the customer service / Accounts number is that i must wait until the 15 November then I can send a request for the account to be closed... By that time I have been billed again and will have to pay again and beg for the account to be closed and so it will go on and never end.
Is this how Exact makes their money???
Yet when one is a few days late with a R30 payment Exact is so quick to harass a person!!!

Your service truly is disgusting, and is now hampering with my vehicle finance!!!
