Frozen chicken from ice age

My wife bought two boxes frozen chicken and it went off after cooking it for an event. They deny it was their chicken because we told them that we added fresh chicken we bought from another butcher to cater for all the guests. It is highly unlikely because later that week we still ate from the fresh chicken which was put aside. She also claims that all the containers of frozen chicken is tested by a Sate vet lab (which means it is imported). She claims that she finds it strange that it took us two days to report it. We asked for a replacement, but no thank you, we would not eat any of their products ever again. Their after sales service and they do not listen to their customers.
