Chicken hearts in the frozen 500g chicken livers

The first time it happened my husband told me he just ate a chicken heart when I made chicken livers. I did not believe him because why would there be hearts with the livers. Then I made chicken livers again (another time) and found 3 chicken heart between the livers. My hubby does not like the hearts. This happened in two different occasions. I am just worried what other organs I might find in the livers. I do prefer Rainbow chicken livers and don't want to have to change my brand. Maybe they can just give feedback that it was a bad batch or something and everything is sorted now.
