Poor Service & false advertising

I bought a 25 KG weight set last year and I was told that the bar that comes with the set would only be available on the 14th of January 2013 I was also told that I would receive a call when stock is available.

I went back to the shop on the 19th of January and expressed my disappointment with how long it was taking for me to get a piece of an item that is supposed to be sold as a set.

since the 19th I have had no feedback from GAME and am still waiting for a call on when stock would be available.

I WOULD ASSUME IF ITEMS ARE SOLD AS A SET THAT, THAT IS HOW THEY ARE SOLD AT ALL TIMES. WITH NO PIECES SOLD INDIVIDUALLY AND WHEN IDENTIFIED THAT PIECES OF THE SET ARE NO LONGER IN STOCK AND CUSTOMERS HAVE BOUGHT THE SET WAITING FOR WHAT REMAINS OF THE SET THAT THAT WOULD BE A PRIORITY TO GAME MANAGEMENT

how long must I wait before getting the rest of my set.

and whats worse I went back to game only find that they still have the weight set on the floor for innocent customers to purchase whilst knowing they have no BARS to go with the set.

please can I get this issue resolved it is not fair to me or any other customer!
