Unreasonable and bad service

Tuesday morning at about 10:10am i went to purchase a fridge at game to find that the one i wanted was sold out there then asking the floor manager to check stock at the mall. which yes it was on the system, he called to check he condition and no it had not been sold, in the store room and boxed. several minutes later after agreeing to purchase the fridge he gets a call to say the fridge had been "reserved for a customer which wanted to buy in the Monday but they were doing stock take, in the middle of daily operation. After threatening to call head office and take up this matte and if what was been told was possible, they finally then came back to me saying they would sell the fridge which was on the floor, which had a sold sign on it. as they were still refusing to sell me the one at the mall. after two 3 hours of being there it was sold to me. As i left the store they frigid fell of the trolley being pushed by the store worker. taking it back, All the store manger could say was they would give me R100 discount what else do i expect them to do... i then had to swear and threaten them again until they agreed to find a new one for me a deliver it... is this what we have to deal?
